Complete Coach Works is currently hiring for a Bus Rehab/Repair Operations Manager for our newly acquired Alameda, CA facility. Complete Coach Works is the largest U.S. bus remanufacturing retrofit company with 27 years of dedicated service to the transportation industry. Located on a fifteen acre facility in Riverside CA as well as our new Alameda CA facility, featuring state of the art equipment and employing 300 technicians and staff, Complete Coach Works performs emission retrofits, CNG conversions, bus remanufacturing, wheelchair lift installations and accident and fire damage repair. Complete Coach Works is the exclusive U.S. integrator of the Navistar MAXXFORCE transit engine and has also developed the first long range all electric battery powered transit bus, branded the ZEPS bus for its Zero Emission Propulsion System the bus features a range of up to 150 miles on a single charge.

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience within the Bus/Transportation environment. Must have a strong technical competence to repair and maintain buses and over the road coaches. CNG engine experience is required. Strong computer skills required. ASE certifications preferred. Position responsible for:

Managing projects and assignments
Meeting production and delivery schedules while controlling costs
Scheduling of employees
Maintaining adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices
Assuring efficient and economical utilization of materials
Assuring machinery, equipment and facilities are maintained for efficient production
Maintaining good employee relations

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
