Report to Owner/Manager Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
Stock inventory and supplies.
Clean and reset tables.
Be comfortable interacting with guests in a professional manner.
Seat guests according to the rotation of servers working.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Aptitude for multi-tasking.
Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
