We are seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to complement our team.
Position:
Scheduling Coordinator (Non-exempt) Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:
30 AM to 5:
00 PM, with rotating weekends and after-hours on-call duties.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate caregiver schedules for new clients and existing cases, ensuring all shifts are adequately staffed.
Input and update client care plans accurately in our system.
Foster positive relationships with caregivers, clients, families, prospective clients, and referral sources.
Communicate scheduling changes clearly and promptly to clients and caregivers.
Occasionally provide care to clients in case of caregiver call-offs or emergencies.
Uphold professionalism and support the caregiver team.
Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
Maintain regular attendance and dependability.
Conduct meetings with prospective clients as required.
Remain composed, professional, and resilient in all situations.
Communicate effectively and diplomatically.
Collaborate closely with office team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with a strong phone presence.
Proficient in composing reports and correspondence.
Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with scheduling software preferred.
Able to pass pre-employment checks and register with the Home Care Aide Registry.
Authorized to work in the U.
S.
lawfully.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Capable of managing complex scheduling requirements and multiple priorities.
Presents a professional image reflective of our business values.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High school diploma required; two years of office experience preferred, ideally in private duty homecare.
Scheduling or caregiving experience preferred.
