5 Alameda, CA Alameda, CA Part-time Part-time $17 an hour $17 an hour Qualifications oMust have excellent customer service and client contact skills oIdeal candidates will be outgoing and enjoy helping others oAbility to quickly and positively establish rapport is required oAbove average communication skills - both written and oral - are required oYou must possess the ability to work in a high volume operation oYou must also be able to multi-task and complete tasks by established deadlines oYou must be able to work a flexible schedule (Must be able to work holidays, and/or weekends) Responsibilities oWelcome and register clinic clients, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment oReceptionists will also check out guest, prepare and explain the bill oRespond to a wide variety of client requests by accurately assessing the needs and requests oAdding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum client satisfaction while complying with all clinic standards oCheck in client in an efficient and friendly manner, using the client's name whenever possible oCheck out client at end of services oSettle bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction oMake change, cash checks and exchange foreign currency oReconcile all transactions at the close of each shift oHandle all client interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolving complaints; assisting in all inquiries in connection with services, hours of operations, directions, etc oRespond to all client requests in an accurate and timely manner oInteraction with client will be in person, electronic mail, and/or by phone oUtilize a variety of computer systems to check clients in and out Job Type:
