Responsibilities:
Serve customers dropping off and picking up clothing.
Engage with customers to enhance relationships.
Provide product and service information and assistance to customers in a friendly manner.
Maintain customer accounts with current and accurate information.
Resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner using scripts and skills provided to you.
Enter garment descriptions into the computer with accuracy.
Fold and package finished garments to prepare for pick-up.
Sort, scan and file finished garments for storage.
Keep work areas need and clean at all times.
REQUIREMENTS Previous customer service experience.
Technology friendly, (windows platform computers).
Detail-oriented with a good memory.
Service-minded.
