The salary for this role is between $156,400 and $312,800.

Our location in Alameda, California has an opportunity for a Director, Marketing Intelligence.
This position will lead our market and user research teams and fuel growth by delivering actionable insights that guide strategy and influence decision making across product development and marketing efforts.
This individual will gather and leverage customer data and insights on industry trends and markets to build marketing initiatives and ensure brand success.
They will lead, coach, and empower Customer Insights team members to be successful in their roles.
This individual should have a strong ability to communicate and will be accountable for synthesizing and translating insights into strategic recommendations and actions at senior leadership levels.
Help advance the Global Market Insights team's mission to combine empathy and analytics in a way that provoke bold actions to best serve our customers.
What You'll Work On Enable a customer-centric organization by understanding the needs and motivations of our customers, their purchase journey, loyalty drivers and roadblocks and distilling these in a way which drives effective marketing and innovation.
Build empathy for our customer and represent the voice of our customer to inform product and marketing decisions and investments.
Communicate insights to internal teams and leadership to provide actionable recommendations and help lead implementation Lead a team of market and user research professionals in the development and implementation of insights that drive business growth.
Oversee all market and user research, including quantitative (exploratory, attitudes and usage, segmentation studies, trackers and concept tests, etc.
) and qualitative (usability testing, focus groups, IDIs, etc.
).
Translate business problems into research objectives and integrate cross-functional questions/needs into all research to ensure insights are relevant and actionable across teams; proactively share and present research findings across the business Proactively uncover innovative research methods to bring to life our customer in new ways and enable quicker, customer-informed decision making.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 13
years of experience working in primary market research 5

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
