We are in search of a highly motivated, detailed oriented person to be responsible for the management of assigned commercial/residential properties.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and within a team setting, fast learner with excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Main Responsibilities include:
Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties Periodic Property Visit/inspection Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems Tenant Relationship and Support Manage vendor proposals Budgeting, researching and data compiling Perform other duties and office works as assigned Preferred
Qualifications:
- At Least Bachelor Degree in Business - Excellent organizational and administrative skills - Able to work under pressure and fulfill deadlines - Problem Solver - Experience with Appfolio and Project Development Managementer is a plus - Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Strong Interpersonal Skills This position will require driving to the properties every week, good DMV driving record is required Company offers 401K, paid holiday and vacation, and health benefit.
