RISE Bodyworks RISE Bodyworks Alameda, CA Alameda, CA Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $17 an hour $17 an hour 15 hours ago 15 hours ago 15 hours ago We are looking for a part-time front desk sales associate, with sales and customer service experience, for a multifaceted clinic, gym and wellness center for early weekday mornings/evenings and weekends.
Our facility offers active release/bodywork and chiropractic services, physiotherapy, personal training, Pilates, yoga, strength and conditioning, and massage.
This is a complex and challenging position that requires an individual with excellent inter-personal communication skills, customer service skills, and someone who is computer savvy.
Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities - During the shift; the staff is responsible for managing the front desk and facility by making regular rounds to ensure cleanliness, organization, maintenance issues etc.
-Review daily schedule of appointments -Prepare new client intake forms/waivers for new clients with appointments -Answer all incoming calls and respond to general email inbox -Check voice mails and return phone calls as needed -Conduct tours and sell memberships and services -Maintain cleanliness of machines and equipment before and after a class -Keep equipment in the group training and private training room organized -Work with MindBody software -Giving tours of the facility, answering client questions regarding memberships, services, etc.
