Successful candidate will provide administrative support for accounting, project management and estimating teams.
Position requirements include:
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and construction administrative experience.
Duties include all clerical work, strong phone skills, assistance with document production and organization, filing.
Excellent communication, organization, computer skills and punctuality are of utmost importance.
Position is part time 20
hours per week with room for growth and additional hours transitioning to full time for successful candidate.
Salary is negotiable based on qualifications.
