We are in search of a highly motivated, detailed oriented person to provide support to the property and operations management team.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and within a team setting, fast learner with excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Main Responsibilities include:
Data Entry:
- Update Database with new information as it becomes available.
- Reviews, corrects, and re-enters data.
- Organize information.
- Transfer data into database - Maintain organized and updated tenants' files and records.
Help maintain document files.
Handle organizational and clerical support tasks.
Assisting with incoming calls and other communication.
Proofreading documents.
Perform other duties as assigned, contributes to team effort.
Preferred
Qualifications:
College degree preferred Excellent organizational and administrative skills Able to work under pressure and fulfill deadlines.
Problem Solver Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Salary is DOE, and after 3 months probation, we offer company benefit for Paid Holiday, PTO, health insurance and 401K Plan.
