Our kitchen, and our teams, are the center of our company and we are looking for an amazing individual to join us as our Head Pastry Chef and Manager.
The individual we are looking for will be highly motivated and display strong skills in multitasking, communication, and organization.
They will be able to lead a small team and continue providing our community with delicious, quality pastries.

Head Pastry Chef and Manager Skills and Expectations Manage day-to-day operations of the pastry section of our kitchen Perform various operations such as, but not limited to, shaping, filling, and baking of pastries Display strong attention to detail in order to follow product recipes and when handling baked goods Follow proper food handling and kitchen safety guidelines Maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Monitor inventory of all ingredients and materials needed within a shared kitchen Ability to create purchase requests for ingredients and materials while staying within budget Guide and motivate team to produce quality goods Ability to develop or create new ideas Experience required Job Type:
