This is an incredible opportunity to join and help shape the voice of a strong passion brand! Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Associater assists in the operation of automated packaging equipment and monitoring of overall quality of coffee bags.
Responsibilities also include:
accurately and efficiently packing, labeling, and palletizing bagged coffee for picking, assisting in the daily cleaning of equipment and surrounding area.
What You Will Do:
Participate in the maintenance & housekeeping of this area.
Help prepare packaging area with supplies.
Package all coffee orders on designated machine by stickering, labeling and packing into boxes or totes as required.
Assist the machine operator by monitoring and maintaining all quality standards for finished goods.
Assist the machine operator by keeping count of production and monitoring inventory Work interchangeably with net weigh depending on volume and business needs Assist in other departments as needed.

Ability to frequently and continuously lift 5 - 10 pounds.
Ability to comfortably lift 25 pounds.
Ability to occasionally lift 50
pounds.
Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
Work Environment/Conditions:
Irregular hours (weekends, nights, overtime, holidays) due to business needs Warehouse environment with loud machinery and strong coffee scent.
Who You Are:
Must be 18 years old Ability to read and follow written instructions accurately in English Must be willing and able to work overtime as required, even on short notice.
Attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness and flexibility.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills.
Accuracy, thoroughness, reliability, and ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to uphold and follow safety, food safety, and production quality standards.

The target range for this position is $15 to $20 an hour.
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
