Would you like to follow a school schedule with summer and winter breaks, and any school holidays off? Ro Health is looking for a BCBA to join our East Bay team! Ro Health is a staffing agency that contracts behavior technicians to school districts throughout the East Bay Region.
We are looking for a BCBA with the desire to help RBTs in their supervision requirements & development, as well as guide unlicensed paraeducators in their pursuit of RBT certification.
The majority of this role will be focused on supervision in school settings, while also being part of our Psych & Behavioral Services team to develop new and creative ways to provide support to students that need us.
If you are passionate about quality behavioral care and working with a growing team, this could be a great opportunity for you! This position is open to start as soon as possible to begin building a caseload, with full expectation to be full-time by the fall semester.
We already have multiple RBTs with a need for supervision and renewal assessments! Specialty:

Responsibilities:
Assist and provide guidance for providers in the implementation of behavior interventions and supports.
Provider required supervision for our RBTs Requirements:
Active BCBA Credential.
