1 Design, plan, estimate, and architect M365 configurations, workloads, settings2 Analysis and Recommendations for Best Practices3 Proven experiences with M365 security and configuration.
4 Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications.
5 Manage and maintain M365 security policies and compliance requirements, governance, endpoint protection6 Authentication methods, identity providers like OKTA, Conditional Policies, Health, and Monitoring7 Managing and configuring Intune Policies and device management best practices8 Experience in Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and identity management services among others, network infrastructure9 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services.
10 Create and maintain documentation related to M365 services, policies, procedures, and system configurations.
11 Keep up to date with new M365 features and capabilities and assess their potential impact on the organization.
