1) Serving as technical consultant, advisor and focal point in all matters pertaining to facilities management and repair services in the connection with general and specific problems arising from planning, operation, and maintenance at Public Works Departments or similar field organizations;2) Providing complete in-depth analysis of operational technology systems that provide a detailed model of performance and economics and enables accurate assessment of changes in design, operation, and maintenance; 3) Directing the planning and coordination of highly complex master plans, evaluations, and operation of smart energy systems associated with long range planning NOTE:
