Job Description:
As a Cannabis Delivery Specialist at Three Trees Delivery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Key
Responsibilities:
Deliver cannabis products to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Prioritize and manage delivery schedules efficiently to ensure timely service.
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and exceed customer expectations.
Embrace coaching and constructive criticism for continuous personal and professional development.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a kind disposition.
Ability to think critically and problem-solve on the go.
Enthusiasm for personal growth and a commitment to success.
Team player mentality with a willingness to learn and adapt.
A valid driver license and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check (we do provide company vehicles to drive).
Ability to lift 65
lbs.
Must have access to email.
Basic math.
Reading comprehension.
No experience required.
A willingness to learn standard operating procedures and deliver consistent, exceptional customer service is a huge plus! Our drivers report to work in Oakland and travel to their respective delivery zones in a company vehicle daily.
