Clinical Supervisor (Behavior Analyst - BCBA, MFT, Psychologist)

Clinical Supervisor
BHW offers two levels of clinical supervision positions. Case Supervisors have a minimum of a master's degree and Program Supervisors have their BCBA and/or license as an MFT, CSW, or Psychologist.
Role/Responsibility: Clinical supervisors conduct field visits, develop client goals, review data and monitor client progress, make program modifications as needed, create appropriate data sheets, provide parent training and education, conduct quarterly developmental assessments, write progress reports, and conduct monthly team meetings. Clinical supervisors also monitor staff competencies and performance through collection of fidelity and reliability data, assessment of staff competencies, and provision and monitoring of staff professional development goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
o Licensed Psychologist, MFT, CSW, and BCBA is preferred for the Case Supervisor position and required for the Program Supervisor position.
o A master's degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of marriage and family therapy, child development, special education, psychology, or related field.
o Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, PECS, PRT, and other ABA strategies.
o A minimum of three years' experience working directly with children with Autism and/or developmental delays.
o Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunization
o CPR training & certification PREFERRED

Work Hours:
Part-time and full-time employees with benefits, depending on hours worked per week.
8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday - Saturday shifts available. Note that you must be regularly available to work during our high demand hours of 2pm-8pm.
Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week to be considered.
Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
