Director of Client Operations

We have an opening for a Full-Time Director, Client Operations. This is a remote position based in the Western region.

Essential Functions:
1. Leadership:
Oversees the management of up to 15 remote centers with multiple lines of service within a geographic region
Manages the relationship of up to 10 clients
Manages a portfolio of $30M in gross annual revenue with 10-50 FTEs
Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple lines of service and multiple clients
Manages supervisors/managers within a geographic region in the areas of hiring, staff development in collaboration with Medical leadership and HR
Accountable for health center administration (scheduling, staffing etc.)
Provides effective coaching, feedback and developmental action plans at the site level
2. Coordination:
Works in coordination with the Regional Medical Director to resolve clinical issues (processes, performance etc.)
Effectively identifies and solves problems with an emphasis on developing proactive, productive approaches utilizing internal support functions to improve site performance
Understands the site's challenges and productively facilitates communication and involvement of other functional areas (HR, IT, etc.)
Coordinates and communicates across remote sites and shares best practices with peers
3. Operational Excellence:
Creates site budgets and the analysis and management of factors related to staffing, capacity, ROI, budget, margins, service offerings, and performance metrics to ensure P & L oversight
Implements processes and develops action plans to improve overall performance of individual sites, customer service issues and drives overall operational efficiency and compliance
Works closely with Clinical Management to resolve clinical issues
Provides reports on a (monthly/quarterly/ad hoc) basis with commentary outlining reasons for variance in data (productivity, service, etc.); develops and carries out an action plan for improvement
Reviews staffing model and recommends optional solutions to Senior Director, Site Operations or Regional VP
Functions as main client leadership contact to support retention and growth of the business through concerted emphasis on client satisfaction, value added proposition and bringing relevant health care trends to client's attention
Works closely with internal resources to proactively identify risk and growth opportunities for expansion of new or existing service offerings and provides guidance for the integration of services
Participates in client and/or site meetings, committees and task forces to support strategic initiatives and goals; identifies and asks for participation of corporate departments in strategic meetings as client needs dictate
4. Other:
Consults with Medical, Legal or Compliance departments regarding regulations, practices act, practice law, certification requirements etc.
May be asked to complete ad hoc projects

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
5
years experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others
May require up to 50% travel
Demonstrated process or efficiency management.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills required
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills required
Excellent demonstrated follow up skills & attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as a team member
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to interact at all levels of the organization (both internal and external)
Demonstrated strong leadership skills
Experience managing remote teams
Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage change
Preferred
Qualifications:
Healthcare experience managing in a medical, pharmacy, fitness or other similar environment preferred.
Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, Medicare and/or clinical standards of practice
Experience in an Operations function desired
Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
