What You'll DoWorld Market is looking a motivated Production Coordinator that has a desire to grow within ecommerce.
The Production Coordinator is a member of the eCom Production Team and is focused primarily on tasks related to the launch and maintenance of our SKU assortment on worldmarket.

This role requires extremely strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills to productively communicate with internal and external teams through email and within project management software.
This role drives asset management (SKU creation, copy upload, product attributes) in addition to projects related to SKU maintenance such as recategorization, SKU removal, and attribute updates as requested by Merchant team.
Product Taxonomy Setup and Maintenance:
Create SKUs; assign attributes and categories; review assets for accuracy and completion, and any necessary internal team/vendor follow-upProduct category, attribute, and digital asset verification, removal, or modificationProduct publishing/unpublishing as directed by Merchant teamAssist in site auditing, maintenance and final SKU verificationIn partnership with the Production team and Copy Editor, review any necessary copy and keywords; ensure internal and vendor tools are properly populated; review products before go-live for accuracy and completeness Planning and Scheduling:
Ensure the daily workload is completed on schedule and delivered on timeEnsure communication is current, timely and consistent with creative resources, communicating any issues or delays to Production ManagerProactively reports to team on outstanding production elements or unfulfilled production requirementsIdentifies opportunities for efficiencies in the processes as they relate to website productionOther projects as assignedUse of Relevant Internal and External ToolsDevelop expertise in internal and vendor tools that support product and catalog maintenanceTroubleshoot issues and provide creative problem-solving ideas for short and long-term benefitProactively suggest and/or develop process and tool improvements (i.
